The First Of Gaudi’s Creations
This is of course, Casa Vicens – one of the earliest works of this skilled architect, and perhaps what helped to inspire his later designs and breathtaking constructions. In order to reach the Casa – be aware it is not open to the public, but just as beautiful outside – take off from Plaça Lesseps (Down to Travessera de Dalt) around this point you will take a right turn and then it will be directly before you.
This master truly exhibited skill in the style of Catalan Modernism (a more arabesque and flowing style of architecture). Casa Vicen itself was built back in late 1900s, and is one of his most beautiful early works. It’s a great thing to do around Park Guell in Barcelona.
