This airport is situated around 25 kilometers from the north-eastern side of the city. CGD is also popular as the Roissy Airport. It is considered to be the biggest airport in the entire country and is also recognized as seventh among the busiest airports in the entire globe. Can you just imagine how it is able to transport over 65 million people annually?

Apart from speed, taking the RER B blue train also proves to be the least expensive way of traveling from Paris airport to city center. You can get on the rail by going either to Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 of CGD. But in case that you are not arriving at either of the two terminals, you can actually just free shuttle services inside the airport.
Whenever you purchase your tickets for this purpose, you have to remember to get them from the blue-colored ticketing machines. Please know that the yellow-colored ticketing machines only release TGV tickets.
